Out of State EBT card Blocking

On May 13, SNAP EBT cards will be in a BLOCK HIGH-RISK TRANSACTION status to help protect SNAP and Summer EBT benefits from electronic theft. THE LOCK WON'T IMPACT SHOPPING IN OHIO STORES. To shop online/out of state, recipients will temporarily unlock using ConnectEBT or calling 866-386-3071. To prepare for this update, we encourage recipients to create an account at www.connectebt.com. Once an account is created, EBT cards can be managed through the online portal or via the official ConnectEBT app.
